What to expect:
We will start with a quick tour of the space followed by completing any necessary forms.
Next I will walk you through a dynamic warm-up and an introductory workout. The goal of this workout is to identify our starting weights, see if you have any undesired movement patterns we need to address, and pinpoint the types of movements you enjoy.
Finally, we’ll conclude the session by going over the available packages for purchase and how to schedule your sessions online via the client portal on my website.
